This Privacy Policy applies to the GiftsBattle Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by Code Gift OÜ for the use, acquisition, and management of digital items through the website https://giftsbattle.com. The Telegram mini app is used solely for user authorization. By using the Service, you agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use available at https://giftsbattle.com/terms-of-use.

1.Processed Data (Including Data Categories)

Data Received from Users

To access the features of the Service, users are required to authorize through their Telegram account. During authorization via the Telegram mini app, we collect:
  • Telegram User ID and Username
  • Telegram Profile Name
  • Telegram Profile Photo
No additional personal information, such as names, addresses, or payment card details, is required to use the Service. Any further information provided voluntarily by the User on the Website will not be made public unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Data Received from Third Parties

The Service uses Telegram solely for authorization. During authorization, we receive:
  • Telegram User ID and Username
  • Telegram Profile Name and Photo
These are used to create and manage the User's Personal Account on the Website.

Transactions and Payment Data

All actions, including payments for licenses to use Cases, are performed on the Website. Payments are processed through third-party payment systems, with available options displayed based on the User's location. When making payments, we may transfer limited contact information (e.g., Telegram User ID or email) to the payment provider to facilitate transactions and perform anti-fraud checks. We also receive confirmation of payment from the payment provider, which is reflected in the User's Personal Account balance on the Website.

3.Processing Time

Upon account closure or a request to delete personal data, we will delete, anonymize, or block your data in accordance with applicable Estonian law, unless legal obligations or legitimate purposes (e.g., transaction history for anti-fraud measures) require longer retention.
